User Responsibilities and Platform Terms
1. User Responsibilities
Users must use the TechnoHacks platform only for lawful purposes and strictly comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies. Any fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or abusive activity—including spam, scams, or unauthorized marketing—is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, API keys, and access tokens. Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach must be reported to TechnoHacks immediately. TechnoHacks shall not be liable for losses arising from user negligence.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, and usage-based costs within the specified timelines. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
4. Data Protection and End-User Consent
Users must obtain all required consents from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages or processing personal data. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. TechnoHacks acts only as a service provider and is not responsible for user-generated content.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly follow Meta and WhatsApp Business API guidelines. Any violation may lead to suspension or permanent termination of platform access. TechnoHacks is not responsible for actions taken by Meta due to user non-compliance.
